Do not misrepresent prices online. You rushed my appointment, damaged my hair, and left my makeup a disaster. I had to rectify everything on my own. You exploited me after learning I was a therapist. Instead of focusing on your work, you shared your personal woes with me. This made me extremely uncomfortable. I believe you overcharged me because of my profession. I work as a community mental health therapist, not in private practice. My income is modest, and I selected your salon due to the affordable prices. The money you took for our services was meant for our engagement photos, which we had to readjust due to this incident. I am deeply disappointed and feel manipulated.
If possible, I would rate this establishment zero stars. Recently relocated, I purchased a Groupon for balayage. Despite requesting golden blonde and golden brown highlights, the stylist disregarded my preferences. She pressured me into a haircut and criticized my hair condition. After bleaching and toning, I left with platinum blonde hair and no change to the top. The lower portion still has a bluish tint due to improper toning. Furthermore, my hair suffered significant damage, forcing me to cut it despite my efforts to grow it out for my wedding. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Nicole excessively charged me for each service. During checkout, she insisted on $60 PER SERVICE. I had booked through Vagaro and the prices were $38, $40, and $35 (as evident in the attached screenshots), totaling $113. Not only did she overcharge me, but she hurried through each service. She singed my hair with the curling iron and did my makeup poorly. I had to redo my entire look myself. I would strongly advise against visiting this salon.
