Do not misrepresent prices online. You rushed my appointment, damaged my hair, and left my makeup a disaster. I had to rectify everything on my own. You exploited me after learning I was a therapist. Instead of focusing on your work, you shared your personal woes with me. This made me extremely uncomfortable. I believe you overcharged me because of my profession. I work as a community mental health therapist, not in private practice. My income is modest, and I selected your salon due to the affordable prices. The money you took for our services was meant for our engagement photos, which we had to readjust due to this incident.
