Sima’s Spa is my ultimate destination for eyebrows, upper lip, and facials. Sima does an excellent job on my eyebrows with minimal discomfort and always gives them a great shape. The spa is spotless and inviting, and I have never had trouble securing appointments. Sima is also extremely friendly. Do not misrepresent prices online. You rushed my appointment, damaged my hair, and left my makeup a disaster. I had to rectify everything on my own. You exploited me after learning I was a therapist. Instead of focusing on your work, you shared your personal woes with me. This made me extremely uncomfortable. I believe you overcharged me because of my profession. I work as a community mental health therapist, not in private practice. My income is modest, and I selected your salon due to the affordable prices. The money you took for our services was meant for our engagement photos, which we had to readjust due to this incident. To get to Tricoci Salon & Spa at 1441 Peterson Rd, Libertyville, IL 60048, United States by public transport, take bus number 572 from the nearest stop to Libertyville Metra Station. From there, walk east on Peterson Rd for about 10 minutes to reach the salon. If traveling by car, drive on Peterson Rd until you reach the intersection with Milwaukee Ave. Turn left onto Milwaukee Ave and then turn right onto Peterson Rd. The salon will be on your right after a short distance.
