Once known as the top salon in the area, and while a few employees are still good, after this morning, I will never return. It wasn't busy, and I requested to have my gel nails removed. Instead of soaking them off, the lady filed them down and then used an acrylic tip to forcefully pry off the gel from my natural nails. I could have done that myself! I still have gel residue on my nails and a damaged pinky nail. This is the latest mishap. I stopped getting pedicures there when they accidentally removed my real nails while buffing off the shellac. And for the past two months, despite asking for a full set, they ignore your request and do a refill.
Exceptional service. I have had my nails done here a few times, and the service has always been outstanding. Even when my young child decided he didn't want to sit still, they engaged with him and helped create a peaceful environment. I highly recommend this salon solely based on their fantastic service.
The technician Karen is incredibly impolite and rough during the service. Came in for a pedicure.. Karen asked me what design I wanted on my toes, but when I started explaining, she abruptly interrupted me and told me to be quiet. She was very forceful while cleaning my toes, despite my obvious discomfort as I said "owww" due to her rough handling, she showed no concern. I would not suggest this place at all!
