Once known as the top salon in the area, and while a few employees are still good, after this morning, I will never return. It wasn't busy, and I requested to have my gel nails removed. Instead of soaking them off, the lady filed them down and then used an acrylic tip to forcefully pry off the gel from my natural nails. I could have done that myself! I still have gel residue on my nails and a damaged pinky nail. This is the latest mishap. I stopped getting pedicures there when they accidentally removed my real nails while buffing off the shellac.
