For years, Brook has been my go-to stylist, and for good reason! She exudes kindness, making lengthy hair sessions enjoyable with pleasant conversation. Moreover, she excels at maintaining my lived-in blonde look. Her choice of color and toner consistently delivers a look I adore! I wholeheartedly recommend Brook to everyone, and she was our top choice for a friend's wedding. Our updos survived wind and snow. Booking an appointment with Brook won't disappoint you.
I am beyond let down. The salon and the fee I paid for a haircut and style warranted a more seasoned professional. I requested a stacked cut - shorter at the back, longer in the front, reaching my shoulders. I even showed images. My hair, nearly mid-back, extended well past my shoulders in the front. Instead, I ended up with a very short bob. He repeatedly trimmed it to even it out, leaving it just below my ears and jawline. I could have had a better outcome at Great Clips for half the cost! Every time I see my reflection, I want to cry. I understand it's just hair and it will grow, but mine doesn't grow quickly! It'll take 6 months to reach shoulder length! Perhaps I should have specified the need for an experienced stylist when scheduling. I chose this salon due to its reputation and proximity, plus my regular stylist cancels often. I hoped to find a reliable replacement. I'll try again in a year when I truly need another trim. The left photo is my desired style, one I showed him. The other 3 depict the disappointing result. What a disaster!
