I had my lashes done by Alex for the first time and I absolutely adore them. Alex is incredibly kind and gentle, and the process felt surprisingly quick for a full set. The atmosphere was fantastic, with the room being peaceful and quiet, accompanied by soothing classical music playing in the background.
TERRIBLE QUALITY😡 I got the eyelashes done on 6.13.24 & some started falling out later that day😡, today 6.14.24 I have bald spots from where many have fallen out to the extent that I look absurd😤😡. I have very few Lashes remaining🙄. I left a generous tip. Purchased additional items from their store & have 8/10 Lashes barely clinging on, I'm certain they will fall out in the next few hours. I deserve a refund or at least they should invite me back to redo them. They make you sign a no refund policy because they are aware they won't last. I could have gone to the dollar store & had lashes on that lasted longer. 😡😤Extremely let down😤😡 & will not return unless they can contact me & rectify this by inviting me back to redo them or refunding me.😡😡
