TiCi Nails

I have been a loyal customer here for the past year, and I must say, the only nail technician you need to see is Lynne! The male staff member there is subpar, and while the older lady can do a decent pedicure, when it comes to nail design, Lynne is the one to go to. She is the driving force behind that establishment, and I realized that quickly. No offense, but I am not even sure why the male staff member is there, as his work is consistently poor, as noted in reviews by others. Additionally, I appreciate the efficiency of setting an appointment with Lynne - upon arrival, there is minimal to no wait time, and if there is, it is brief. Lynne is highly professional and takes her time to ensure quality service. She's my go-to girl!

I arrived at 4, not a busy time at all, and requested a full set. The individual who attended to me was quite rough with my hands, resulting in a chemical burn. Thankfully, a lady stepped in to assist, but unfortunately, they did not provide the service I had asked for. My nails now feel rough like sandpaper and are uneven. I would not recommend this place.

Received an excellent pedicure from Izzy and was thoroughly impressed. In the past, I have encountered situations in other salons where, as a male customer, I felt treated differently - being served last and rushed out quickly. However, here I was treated with respect and made to feel that my patronage was valued just as much as any female customer. The massage was wonderful, and the massage chairs are top-notch. I truly felt appreciated and will definitely be coming back.
