Janessa is a hair sorceress. I've been seeing her for 2 years, and she has transformed me time and time again to every shade imaginable. I could talk endlessly about how incredible and skilled she is at hair color, but I want to highlight something else. Janessa is deeply devoted to the science of color and achieving a natural look. Not every hairstylist can do this. It's a blend of science and art, and she just nails it. Moreover, she has educated me on caring for my hair beyond her chair. She introduced me to fantastic products that have revitalized and extended the life of my hair, repairing damage over time. I am convinced she is the most exceptional colorist in Columbia and honestly the best I've ever encountered. If you take a risk elsewhere and it doesn't pan out, you might just end up at her doorstep for a fix. That's how I found her, and I'm incredibly fortunate that I did. To sum up: Incredibly talented, highly knowledgeable, and an all-around GLOSS QUEEN ♡
If like others, I've hair trust issues! I don't trust anyone with my hair and have had some of the worst experiences with both cut and color. I've known Janessa since middle school and have had the joy to reconnect. She does AMAZING work, takes time to get it right the first time, and has gone to great lengths to fit me in around my wedding. Everything she does turns to gold, platinum, or frosty blonde ;) She makes appointments fun, and I drive over 2 hours just to have her work her magic! So grateful, highly recommend.
