During my visit on Monday, the nail technician was unwilling to accommodate the colors I wanted and convinced me to opt for a simple clear acrylic design. Despite the lack of customization, I was charged the full price of $45 for these basic nails. To make matters worse, one nail broke off just four days later, highlighting the poor quality of service. I rate the quality and service as 1 out of 5 and will not be returning.
Decided to try a NexGen dip for my nails at this salon, even though I have been getting this treatment for years. Unfortunately, the technician did not follow the usual dipping process and instead used a powder dip like regular nail polish. Additionally, the use of a UV light was unexpected and made the experience feel rushed. I will not be revisiting this salon.
Recently had my nails done with a beautiful French manicure here, and I was impressed by the exceptional service. The staff was friendly, attentive, and efficient throughout the entire process. The pricing was quite fair, and the constant conversation made the experience even more enjoyable. I will definitely be returning in the future!
