I visited this place roughly half a year ago, and I can't believe it took me this long to write a scathing review. At the time of my appointment, I was still reeling from the loss of my mother just two weeks prior, so I was not in the best headspace. I can't recall the name of the stylist who worked on my hair, but the way she handled the situation made me extremely uncomfortable. To top it off, I specifically asked for PLATINUM hair with a few low lights, but when I left, there was no trace of platinum in my hair at all. I absolutely despised the outcome! I had to seek help elsewhere a week later to get my hair back to a blonde shade, which was quite a process due to the dark tones she had added. I strongly advise against visiting this salon. Despite being 37 years old, I have never had a complaint about my hair until this experience.

It has been almost a year since I last had my hair colored and styled, as I had been on the hunt for a salon that truly listens to what you want. And let me tell you, Miranda exceeded all my expectations! She did an exceptional job! Finding someone who cuts my hair just the way I like it has been a challenge. Miranda paid close attention to my requests, ensured she didn't trim too much from the back, and sought my feedback on the length before proceeding further. The color turned out exactly as I had envisioned! The salon had a charming ambiance, was spotlessly clean, and the chairs for hair washing were incredibly comfortable to relax in. I wholeheartedly recommend this place. I am definitely returning for another appointment with Miranda!
