I visited this place roughly half a year ago, and I can't believe it took me this long to write a scathing review. At the time of my appointment, I was still reeling from the loss of my mother just two weeks prior, so I was not in the best headspace. I can't recall the name of the stylist who worked on my hair, but the way she handled the situation made me extremely uncomfortable. To top it off, I specifically asked for PLATINUM hair with a few low lights, but when I left, there was no trace of platinum in my hair at all. I absolutely despised the outcome! I had to seek help elsewhere a week later to get my hair back to a blonde shade, which was quite a process due to the dark tones she had added. I strongly advise against visiting this salon. The individual who did my nails was meticulous and friendly.
