To begin with, he was 1.5 hours late for my appointment. Then he suggested that if I wanted my nails done, I would have to drive him to the store quickly to get gel polish. Keep in mind this was my only day off. Upon our return, he displayed very unprofessional behavior throughout. Swearing and FaceTiming his "boyfriend" while working on my nails. I ended up spending almost 4 hours at his place. He performed services on my nails that I did not request. I have attached a photo of what I asked for and what I received. While I understand that black polish can chip easily, the end result was not satisfactory. To top it off, I had to give him a ride home and was not offered any discount for all the inconveniences. Furthermore, he lives across from my boyfriend's mother's house, and my daughter witnessed him behaving inappropriately, throwing trash and using foul language towards someone. I don't usually write reviews, but I left my recent appointment feeling incredibly frustrated. I called ahead to inquire about the duration for a fill and color change on my nails, and was informed it typically takes 35-40 minutes. I allocated enough time before my next appointment based on this estimate. I mentioned that I have tips and dip during the call. However, I was not asked before they began removing the previous color. When I requested to skip replacing the tips and just dip my natural nails, I was told my nails were uneven and it wouldn't work.
