Saigon Nails

I don't usually write reviews, but I left my recent appointment feeling incredibly frustrated. I called ahead to inquire about the duration for a fill and color change on my nails, and was informed it typically takes 35-40 minutes. I allocated enough time before my next appointment based on this estimate. I mentioned that I have tips and dip during the call. However, I was not asked before they began removing the previous color. When I requested to skip replacing the tips and just dip my natural nails, I was told my nails were uneven and it wouldn't work. Another technician had to step in to help apply the tips while the original technician worked on my other hand, which expedited the process.

I am beyond dissatisfied, I despise putting local businesses on blast, but my recent appointment here has left me extremely upset. My nails are not just bubbly and discolored, they are also coming off only 4 days later. I shelled out $125 in total, $95 plus tip. I wouldn't have tipped generously if I had known how terrible they would turn out. Moreover, the technician gave me a hard time about the shape and length of my nails. I requested square nails, but he insisted coffin shape would look better. After a back-and-forth, I reluctantly agreed to coffin shape, only to be told that the nails I wanted were too long and he was making them shorter. He expressed concerns about my nail beds, but I explained that I give my nails breaks between sets. Despite this, he refused to make them longer. I am paying for a service, I expect it to be done as I wish, not as he sees fit. This was their final opportunity, as they botched my nails during my last visit too, with them popping off after just 3 days. Please step up your game.
