To begin with, he was 1.5 hours late for my appointment. Then he suggested that if I wanted my nails done, I would have to drive him to the store quickly to get gel polish. Keep in mind this was my only day off. Upon our return, he displayed very unprofessional behavior throughout. Swearing and FaceTiming his "boyfriend" while working on my nails. I ended up spending almost 4 hours at his place. He performed services on my nails that I did not request. I have attached a photo of what I asked for and what I received. While I understand that black polish can chip easily, the end result was not satisfactory. To top it off, I had to give him a ride home and was not offered any discount for all the inconveniences. Furthermore, he lives across from my boyfriend's mother's house, and my daughter witnessed him behaving inappropriately, throwing trash and using foul language towards someone. Knowing that his family lives and works there, this behavior is unacceptable to me.
Liz is absolutely FANTASTIC! She is meticulous and takes her time to ensure perfection! I always receive compliments on my nails because of the amazing job she does. Additionally, her workspace is incredibly beautiful and clean! Thank you, Liz! 💞
