Took my spouse to get hair washed after 3 days in hospital following atv crash. Amber tended to her exceptionally well, exceeding all expectations. Despite wife's arm in cast, Amber ensured comfort, washed hair twice to remove all dirt and sand, used a wet brush for trim, and braided hair for easier management. EXEMPLARY!
Visited for a haircut, but the stylist left my hair uneven. After attempting to fix it, I requested help from another stylist who identified the uneven areas. The haircut, which typically takes 10 minutes, stretched to 45 minutes. Despite the extra effort, my hair remained uneven upon returning home.
My recent visits to the Auburn branch have left me dissatisfied. A month ago, I was seated with a new stylist who struggled with a skin fade without informing me. The manager intervened to guide her, taking an hour and a half to complete my haircut. Despite being balding, the experience was unprofessional and time-consuming. During my latest visit, only two staff members were handling eight customers, leading to rushed service and dissatisfaction. The decline in service quality has cost them a loyal customer.
