Linda is quite pleasant. However, the new establishment has a lingering cigarette odor, and my experience was negative. While preoccupied with her computer, she disregarded my vocalizations of discomfort. The "treatment" involving a firm roller on my vertebrae left me in excruciating pain, prompting a visit to my physician. I had the worst haircut experience ever. Not once, but twice from the same individual. I even tipped $10 on top of the $25 I paid to end up looking like I did it myself. The other side looks okay. The atmosphere is cool, but I don't like having to provide my email and phone number just to get a haircut.
