While preoccupied with her computer, she disregarded my vocalizations of discomfort. The "treatment" involving a firm roller on my vertebrae left me in excruciating pain, prompting a visit to my physician. I have been to two facials by Alex and they were the artist for my bridal makeup in June, 2024. They are amazing to work with and really take care of their clients. I had never had a facial before and they took the time to explain each step and address any concerns. When doing my makeup they listened and made adjustments as we went to make sure that it was exactly what I wanted. They also use and sell high-quality products. I had the worst haircut experience ever. Not once, but twice from the same individual. I even tipped $10 on top of the $25 I paid to end up looking like I did it myself. The other side looks okay. The atmosphere is cool, but I don't like having to provide my email and phone number just to get a haircut.
