I don't usually write reviews, but I left my recent appointment feeling incredibly frustrated. I called ahead to inquire about the duration for a fill and color change on my nails, and was informed it typically takes 35-40 minutes. I allocated enough time before my next appointment based on this estimate. I mentioned that I have tips and dip during the call. However, I was not asked before they began removing the previous color. When I requested to skip replacing the tips and just dip my natural nails, I was told my nails were uneven and it wouldn't work.
