Honestly, upon my arrival for the appointment, I noticed a shortage of staff. It was evident that there were individuals ahead of me who needed to be attended to first, which I understood. However, I was not informed about the specific order of appointments. Due to the additional unattended customers, I was not informed that there would be a wait of at least an hour before they could serve me (despite having made an appointment). I spent that hour in the chair observing that most of the staff seemed indifferent to the number of waiting customers. Why overbook to the point where appointments cannot be honored? Why didn't the staff member who checked me in inform me about the wait? I am displeased with the assumption that patrons will patiently wait past their appointment time, especially when it already takes an additional hour for a manicure and pedicure. When someone schedules an appointment, they expect to be seen around that time. I will not recommend this establishment, especially if you value your time, as they clearly do not.
