I made an online order for two bleach kits for store pickup, but upon reaching home, I discovered they had only given me one. I had to return to the store, where they provided the missing box. However, when I attempted to bleach my hair later that night, one kit had only a 2oz. bottle of developer instead of the expected 4oz., leaving me with insufficient bleach. I now have to purchase another kit elsewhere - definitely won't be returning to Sally's!
I was anxious to ask some questions about dyeing my hair for the first time. The team was incredibly friendly and helpful! I'm thrilled that this place is conveniently located nearby. Thank you for making me feel so welcomed!
Despite Google indicating they were open, every time I visited, there was a sign on the door stating they would return shortly. However, they never did, with multiple people waiting outside on 10/23/23 at 12:05 pm. I won't be returning to this unresponsive location and will advise others to avoid it as well. The staff here are unresponsive and should be replaced immediately.
