I have found the women I interacted with over the phone to be pleasant, but the men working at the plant were not as friendly. There is a clear need for a more effective notification system for boiling water alerts, as simply leaving a letter in the mailbox is insufficient. The website lacks timely updates and specific area information, and their Facebook page is hardly worth mentioning.
The water quality in this area has significantly deteriorated, and the pervasive sewage smell is a constant nuisance. Service disruptions occur frequently without prior warning, and the customer service has become unresponsive and unhelpful. Urgent intervention is needed to address these issues!
Regrettably, I mistakenly believed I had made a payment in April when I had not. Although I accepted responsibility for the oversight and the additional amount owed, the lady I spoke with was extremely rude and dismissive. The negative reputation they hold seems to be well-deserved based on my experience.
