This salon really disappointed me. I requested layers, but the stylist only cut the top layer of my hair, resulting in a choppy and uneven look. I reluctantly paid the $16 and left with damp hair because apparently, a basic blow-dry would cost extra?? I didn't want to risk further damage... I've never been so dissatisfied with a haircut before. The uneven cut is blatantly obvious.
