PROS: My experience was more of a relaxing break than seeing results from Laser-Lipo (20 mins a session, bought 9) with Whole Body Vibration (10 mins).
I was thrilled to arrive, 30 minutes ahead, but note they strictly follow COVID-19 rules, allowing only a few at once. I had to wait until my appointment time, which I respect. Masks are a must, which I also appreciate.
Rhonda is a tiny wonder-worker! Initially found Skin Lab & Wellness Spa on Groupon. Tried them out, and oh, so glad I did. Started with microneedling for acne scarring. It was severe! After a few sessions, my face has less scarring, and deep scars are less visible. I am thrilled and impressed. Will continue with more services and microneedling. Rhonda is so kind and communicative. Sends texts for appointments and emails after-care instructions. Pleased with her skills and professionalism. Note: Cancellation fee for rescheduling or canceling. Rhonda explained this upfront.
