My recent visit to Great Clips on Sunday left me quite disappointed. While the hairstylist was nice, the final result failed to meet my expectations. Despite clearly stating my wish for "not too much off the top," it seems my instructions were ignored, leading to a haircut that doesn't match my preferences. I gave it almost a week, hoping to adjust to it, but I'm still unhappy. While I appreciated the stylist's friendly attitude, the main issue remains – the disregard for my instructions resulted in an unsatisfactory outcome. It's disheartening when a simple request results in such a disappointing experience. This visit has significantly shaken my trust in Great Clips.

I've not visited this spot in years. They used to boast great hairstylists, but they've all moved on. I have a top-notch stylist, but sadly couldn't secure an appointment. So, I took a chance and had my bangs trimmed here, and it was a disaster. The stylist completely missed the mark on how I wanted my bangs cut, despite me showing pictures and a video. I should have walked away when they mentioned it's just $7 for bangs. They look like a child's bangs. Utterly disappointed! Beware, steer clear of this place! I wish I had checked the reviews before dropping in; I had no clue about the negative feedback. SMH
