I hate to be that person and complain, but given my awful experience I have to. If I could give 0 stars i would. I came here after seeing all the great reviews to get my hair done. I wanted simple highlights but NO apparently that was too much to ask. I wanted a few highlights to spice up my hair, but i wanted them to look NATURAL. Natural to me is MOST DEFINITELY NOT BLUE! They were so terrible I had to go somewhere else to get them fixed. I will not be coming here again and i recommend you save your money and go somewhere better. Unless blue highlights are what you're looking for...
She was extremely nice and incredibly patient with me. Very talented and cut my hair exactly as I wanted without me even knowing what I wanted if that makes any sense... I will definitely be going back and referring my friends, family, and clients to her!
I love Esmerelda!! She had 3 men ahead of me as I was a walk-in and it was the evening and near closing time. She was friendly and sweet the whole time even though I arrived past closing time. I came in with a botched up haircut that another stylist from another salon had given me. Esmerelda fixed it and I left VERY happy!! I know it's COVID but I couldn't resist hugging her.!! The salon is clean, she is so friendly and I will definitely go back!!
