I hate to be that person and complain, but given my awful experience I have to. If I could give 0 stars i would. I came here after seeing all the great reviews to get my hair done. I wanted simple highlights but NO apparently that was too much to ask. I wanted a few highlights to spice up my hair, but i wanted them to look NATURAL. Natural to me is MOST DEFINITELY NOT BLUE! They were so terrible I had to go somewhere else to get them fixed. I will not be coming here again and i recommend you save your money and go somewhere better. I received outstanding service from Michael last Friday morning. He tidied up and shaped my eyebrows exactly as I prefer. I don’t usually get my upper lip threaded, but decided to give it a shot and I have no regrets. My face feels incredibly smooth and didn’t experience any irritation. I am extremely pleased with the eyebrow shaping as well.
