I don’t usually get my upper lip threaded, but decided to give it a shot and I have no regrets. My face feels incredibly smooth and didn’t experience any irritation. Despite clearly stating my wish for "not too much off the top," it seems my instructions were ignored, leading to a haircut that doesn't match my preferences. I gave it almost a week, hoping to adjust to it, but I'm still unhappy. While I appreciated the stylist's friendly attitude, the main issue remains – the disregard for my instructions resulted in an unsatisfactory outcome. Initially, I had doubts about visiting this place, but she was highly recommended by a friend so I decided to give it a shot. That was around 5 or 6 years ago, and I've been a regular visitor ever since. I've undergone procedures like laser hair removal, filler, etc., and I've always been satisfied with the results. Their pricing is also quite reasonable. I hate to be that person and complain, but given my awful experience I have to. If I could give 0 stars i would. I came here after seeing all the great reviews to get my hair done. I wanted simple highlights but NO apparently that was too much to ask. I wanted a few highlights to spice up my hair, but i wanted them to look NATURAL. Natural to me is MOST DEFINITELY NOT BLUE! They were so terrible I had to go somewhere else to get them fixed. I will not be coming here again and i recommend you save your money and go somewhere better.
