I received outstanding service from Michael last Friday morning. He tidied up and shaped my eyebrows exactly as I prefer. I don’t usually get my upper lip threaded, but decided to give it a shot and I have no regrets. My face feels incredibly smooth and didn’t experience any irritation. I am extremely pleased with the eyebrow shaping as well. I hate to be that person and complain, but given my awful experience I have to. If I could give 0 stars i would. I came here after seeing all the great reviews to get my hair done. I wanted simple highlights but NO apparently that was too much to ask. I wanted a few highlights to spice up my hair, but i wanted them to look NATURAL. Natural to me is MOST DEFINITELY NOT BLUE! They were so terrible I had to go somewhere else to get them fixed. I will not be coming here again and i recommend you save your money and go somewhere better. My recent visit to Great Clips on Sunday left me quite disappointed. While the hairstylist was nice, the final result failed to meet my expectations. Despite clearly stating my wish for "not too much off the top," it seems my instructions were ignored, leading to a haircut that doesn't match my preferences. I gave it almost a week, hoping to adjust to it, but I'm still unhappy. While I appreciated the stylist's friendly attitude, the main issue remains – the disregard for my instructions resulted in an unsatisfactory outcome. It's disheartening when a simple request results in such a disappointing experience.
