Employees were extremely rude. Two individuals last night, acting unprofessionally by constantly monitoring us and falsely accusing us of using certain brushes. They attempted to intimidate us by raising their voices and even tried to approach us aggressively. It's disheartening to witness such behavior over a mere brush that wasn't even utilized. I had the most wonderful experience at About Face. I can't express enough positive things about my recent facial. Alex is exceptional and incredibly knowledgeable! I have never felt more at ease during that hour. I also indulged in a manicure and pedicure, which were both exceptional. In a time when the world feels uncertain about going out, I felt completely at ease at the salon. Alex and their co-owner are both very professional, and the salon is impeccably clean.
