Employees were extremely rude. Two individuals last night, acting unprofessionally by constantly monitoring us and falsely accusing us of using certain brushes. They attempted to intimidate us by raising their voices and even tried to approach us aggressively. It's disheartening to witness such behavior over a mere brush that wasn't even utilized. They should work on finding the happiness they seem to lack.
I noticed that Sally's no longer stocks products catering to the African American community, which is surprising considering we are the primary consumers in the beauty industry. The absence of skull caps, wig caps, weave clips, needles, and thread is quite shocking. It appears that they are neglecting to target the core demographic that has been instrumental in sustaining their business.
The store's operating hours are stated as 11-6, yet it's already 11:16 and there is no sign of any staff present. This lack of punctuality is unprofessional in my opinion.
