I had the worst time today when I spoke up about my nails. They promised to fix them, but then refused to help me. Mindy was so rude and kept hanging up on me. I want to speak to the owner. This is not how a business should be run. If a client complains about their nails, you should not turn them away. The photo was taken just a week after my nails were done. They charged me $70 for this. This establishment was absolutely phenomenal! The staff was incredibly friendly, the premises were spotless, and the service was unparalleled. I opted for a dip manicure and a gel pedicure, both of which turned out beautifully. They even worked on both simultaneously, knowing I had an appointment to rush to afterward.
