I am completely FASCINATED with my nails, I hadn't had them done in 3 years and I was so thrilled with the results. Taylor is EXTREMELY skilled and very professional, I am so delighted!!!!
Terrible experience. I’ve been coming here for years and on 9/15 the tall, slim gentleman who always wears his hair up in a top knot did my gel mani this past time. He was aggressive and rushed through it. I asked for silver chrome and showed him a step by step video of how to do it. He said he could and this is what I got. The person behind me getting their nails done asked for the same thing and was told they didn’t have the materials to do it. So basically the gentleman doing my nails lied to me. It was such a messy job. The sparkly powder was all over my hands and the thick layer of black nail polish underneath was showing. When I showed him that it wasn’t coming off he told me to shower. The nerve. A person getting a pedicure heard this and was even shocked. This was enough for me to not want to ever come back. Half of my nails are all chipped and ruined and normally my gel mani lasts a month or more.
