Any alternative store surpasses Walgreens. Don't bother with the hassle of using their mobile app for coupon clipping—it never functions properly. The cashiers lack the training to operate the mobile app. Instead of rectifying the issue, they advise you to "retain your receipt and contact us for reimbursement." Upon following this advice, all they do is credit a "reward" to your account. The purpose of a coupon is to deduct a certain amount from your total initially. However, Walgreens opts to provide a reward for your next visit. This tactic is designed to lure you back; rather than receiving an immediate discount, you are compelled to return to Walgreens and spend more money to utilize that "reward." It's all a deceitful scheme. Furthermore, they'll inform you that "only the corporate office can address coupon-related concerns." When I requested the corporate office's contact information, the staff members were clueless. Once again, another excuse was provided, with me being directed to search for the details online. If you wish to experience disappointment consistently, pay a visit to Walgreens.
