If I could rate zero stars, I would. My ear repiercing experience was incredibly unprofessional. The female piercer missed the mark on both ears, requiring one to be redone. She behaved playfully during preparation and was negligent. When I returned for a correction, she displayed annoyance despite her initial mistake. I strongly advise against anyone, especially young girls, getting pierced there. The piercer admitted to missing the mark every time and should not continue in that role.

The female employee in the store was glued to her phone the whole time we were there, completely ignoring our presence. When I approached the register to pay, I had to wait for her to finish on her phone before assisting us. After the transaction, she immediately resumed playing on her phone. The customer service was subpar.

I took my daughter to have her ears pierced. The worker inquired about her age, and upon learning she was 7, she mentioned it was the youngest age she would pierce ears for due to personal discomfort. My daughter asked about the pain, and I reassured her it would be like a pinch. The worker then expressed nervousness if my daughter felt anxious. When my daughter was selecting earrings, the worker mentioned relief at not being alone for the day. Feeling uneasy, we declined the piercing and browsed the store. The cashier engaged in unrelated conversations with another employee, causing delays in our transaction. The cashier seemed confused when returning our change and lacked professionalism throughout.
