Hair Cuttery

Scheduling my appointment weeks in advance, I received a confirmation text with the date and time I selected. Upon arrival at the salon, the receptionist informed me that there was no record of my appointment or that it may have been accidentally deleted. The only options provided were to return hours later or have my hair cut by a stylist who I had never used before. This situation was highly frustrating as I had received multiple messages confirming my appointment in their system. I would not recommend this salon if their booking system is this unreliable. The only reason I gave two stars is because my usual stylist always does a great job.

My spouse has been a loyal client of Suzy for many years, following her to various locations. She is meticulous about her hair and admires Suzy's style. Last week, my wife, daughter-in-law, and granddaughter all had their hair cut by Suzy, and the results were exceptional. Everyone looked fantastic, and the salon was clean and the staff displayed professionalism throughout.

As a newcomer to Hair Cuttery, and identifying as male, my experience was not entirely satisfactory and is likely to be my last visit. While the haircut itself was decent, there was a noticeable unevenness in the sideburns. Despite specifically requesting the stylist not to trim them too short, he proceeded to make them even, resulting in a significant disparity in length. Unfortunately, this discrepancy was only noticed after I had left the salon. It is understandable to make mistakes, but allowing me to depart without informing me of the issue is unacceptable. I believe that maintaining the sideburns at the requested length should not have been a challenging task. Now, I will have to wait for them to grow out before I can rectify the situation.
