I should have posted a review sooner. I've been receiving Japanese straightening treatments from Mia for nearly 2 years. I've also had highlights and trims. She consistently delivers exceptional results and I wholeheartedly endorse her. Scheduling my appointment weeks in advance, I received a confirmation text with the date and time I selected. Upon arrival at the salon, the receptionist informed me that there was no record of my appointment or that it may have been accidentally deleted. The only options provided were to return hours later or have my hair cut by a stylist who I had never used before. This situation was highly frustrating as I had received multiple messages confirming my appointment in their system. I would not recommend this salon if their booking system is this unreliable.
