The Sidney at this store was incredibly rude when we walked in. No greeting, terrible attitude, and she seemed to be avoiding us while we tried to ask questions. I inquired about a purse and if she thought an iPhone 14 would fit, she rolled her eyes and replied, "I don't know." When I asked if everything was okay, she still maintained her attitude. I believe her behavior towards my mother and me was solely due to the color of our skin. I've never experienced such poor customer service from this store, which used to be my favorite and go-to place. After being disrespectful and treating us poorly, she had the nerve to wish us a blessed day. Really? You're the one with the attitude and mistreating customers; you should take your own advice. It doesn't take much to treat people with respect. We were polite to her until she began dismissing us and behaving rudely for no reason. She doesn't deserve that job; it should go to someone who respects customers.
