OMG, Alex was incredible. While on a brief visit, I decided to get a pedicure. Alex displayed exceptional kindness, professionalism, and skill, prompting me to add a manicure. She dedicated ample time to both services, not succumbing to rush even when another customer sought quick service due to time constraints.
I opted for a French tip manicure in the afternoon. By evening, my nails were chipped and looked awful. Returning the next morning, I was informed I could choose gel or regular polish. Despite my preference for white tips, the outcome was unsatisfactory. Though acknowledging the poor result, the technician adamantly refused a refund, offering only the same unsatisfactory options. Even after expressing my desire for a resolution, I was dismissed without a refund. Threatening a dispute was met with resistance. The service fell short of what was paid for.
I adore this salon!!! Arriving just before closing, the attendant graciously stayed an extra hour to tend to my nails. The exceptional customer service won me over! Will definitely return every time🩷🩷.
