The establishment is absolutely stunning, impeccably clean, and exudes a relaxing atmosphere. My pedicure massage was top-notch, and I was very pleased with my eyebrow waxing. However, I was quite disappointed with the nail service. I had requested a delicate French manicure with chrome accents, but the technician struggled to achieve the desired look. After multiple attempts to fix the white tips, I settled for a simple pink polish. Despite requesting adjustments to the shape and length, I left feeling unsatisfied. Upon closer inspection, I noticed my cuticles were not properly cleaned, and within 24 hours, a nail had popped off, with others feeling loose. While the salon offered to repair the nail, the issue was more than just a single mishap considering the $150 I had paid. An update revealed that over 24 hours later, six nails had come off. I returned for a redo, and the outcome was much improved.
I have been a loyal patron of this salon for approximately a year, consistently opting for dip nails and occasional pedicures, all of which have met my expectations. The staff is always welcoming, and I particularly appreciate the fact that they respect my desire for a quiet, relaxing experience without engaging in excessive small talk throughout the appointment. The ability to accommodate walk-ins is another bonus, making this salon a definite recommendation from me.
My recent visit was less than satisfactory, to be frank. During my mani-pedi appointment, I still had remnants of acrylic on my nails, which the technician attempted to remove by soaking them in pure acetone for 40 minutes, resulting in significant discomfort. The pedicure experience was marred by an overflowing and cold water basin, despite requests from other clients for a warmer temperature. The sloppy painting and accidental cuts during the pedicure further added to my disappointment. Observing the subpar outcome on my toes, I opted out of the manicure and only paid for the soak-off of my previously filed-down acrylics. Given the $77 spent on poorly executed services, I would not recommend this salon and suggest seeking alternatives.
