The establishment is absolutely stunning, impeccably clean, and exudes a relaxing atmosphere. My pedicure massage was top-notch, and I was very pleased with my eyebrow waxing. However, I was quite disappointed with the nail service. I had requested a delicate French manicure with chrome accents, but the technician struggled to achieve the desired look. After multiple attempts to fix the white tips, I settled for a simple pink polish. Despite requesting adjustments to the shape and length, I left feeling unsatisfied. Upon closer inspection, I noticed my cuticles were not properly cleaned, and within 24 hours, a nail had popped off, with others feeling loose. While the salon offered to repair the nail, the issue was more than just a single mishap considering the $150 I had paid. An update revealed that over 24 hours later, six nails had come off.
