BB Nails is truly a gem of a small salon! I popped in for a pedicure and my first acrylic full set experience. They offer various levels of pedicures, and the ultimate one was absolutely fantastic. Dan took the time to explain the process of acrylic nails to me, as I was clueless, and helped me choose a short round nail with gel and a chrome top coat that my friend suggested. The salon is spotless, welcoming, reasonably priced, and delivers great results. I'll definitely be a repeat customer!
My family has been loyal patrons of BBs for a couple of years now. However, today's visit was a complete disaster, and we won't be returning. My child went in to get her nails done for prom, showing a specific picture of the design she wanted. If the staff couldn't replicate it, they should have been honest from the start. Unfortunately, they didn't fulfill any of her requests, and when she voiced her dissatisfaction, she was met with rudeness. This left her in tears, and the rhinestones and butterfly decorations started falling off almost immediately. It was a disappointing experience.
I had the pleasure of getting my nails done by Ann today, and she did an outstanding job! She paid attention to all my preferences and consistently asked for my feedback throughout the process. Ann is not only skilled but also a genuinely kind and lovely person. The salon is impeccably organized and clean. I will definitely be returning! Thank you, Ann! 💖💖🥰🥰🥰🥰
