Hair Unique

Initially, I was paired with a hairstylist that lacked expertise and needed constant guidance as if she was still in training. I had already lined up my beard and just requested a #2 trim, which would only take about 30 seconds, and she declined, citing another client. (Due to the lengthy process of fixing my poor haircut) Another employee offered to do it after her client, so I waited another half-hour and then had my beard trimmed in about 45 seconds (she even handed me the clippers to finish). I assumed she realized how poorly my haircut turned out from the inexperienced girl they must have hired recently straight out of hair school, but she simply wanted to earn $10 in 5 seconds, making me wait 30 minutes for it, and provided positive feedback to the girl who clearly messed up my hair. My friend, who also had his haircut just before me, was questioning why all the employees kept hovering around me. She didn't even know how to do a fade. I understand it's mainly a salon for women's hair, but don't inform me of an available slot and assign me to someone who needs constant guidance throughout. If I had been informed that she was new or even slightly incompetent, I wouldn't have gone through with the haircut. Consider that sneaky $10 beard trim charge as the tip. I couldn't leave there quickly enough. It was the worst haircut experience of my life. My mother and sister are both hairdressers, so don't attempt to respond with some damage control nonsense. I tried every possible way to get her to rectify it, but to no avail, so I eventually just said, "Yes, it's great, I love it," to prevent it from getting worse. On my way home, I made sure my Uber driver hadn't just graduated from driving school.

Isabella is simply phenomenal! She is incredibly talented and LISTENS to her clients. I have had nothing but fantastic experiences with my extensions with her and she is incredibly skilled at color-matching! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair but her. The entire team at Hair Unique is lovely and I am so grateful I discovered them!

**AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!!!!!** Absolutely adore this place, the establishment itself is phenomenal. The stylists are absolutely fantastic, they are so caring, kind, stunning, incredible individuals who know exactly what they are doing. Not only did they do an incredible job on my hair but they also collaborated. 3 different stylists came and assisted my stylist who was doing her very best and was phenomenal at it. I absolutely adore this place and will definitely be returning!!!!
