Less than a week after visiting Get Nailed Nail Salon for a manicure and pedicure, I noticed my acrylic nails were already starting to lift. Additionally, the polish on my toes was chipping. Considering the price paid for these services, I am dissatisfied with the quality provided. While the salon itself has a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere, I am hesitant to return for future appointments based on my experience.
Initially, the shop appears vibrant with eclectic art, but it is actually quite dirty. It seems no one bothers to clean the place properly. Despite this, I continued to patronize the shop because of the friendly lady who provided my service. However, my last appointment, which I had scheduled in person, was abruptly canceled via an online booking system without any follow-up call to reschedule. This lack of communication was disappointing and unprofessional.
Today, I visited this salon for the first time to have a full set of acrylic nails and my eyebrows waxed. I was thoroughly impressed by the ambiance, the staff, and the overall experience. The nail technician did a fantastic job, and my nails turned out beautifully. Although I can't recall her name, she was very meticulous and attentive. Rachel, who waxed my eyebrows, was gentle and efficient. I had a comfortable and enjoyable visit and will definitely be returning in the future.
