I have been a loyal client of Jordan Nguyen for six years now! Jordan is a hair wizard! I trust her for all my cuts and color. She even styled not only my hair for my wedding but also all the bridesmaids. Jordan is the perfect blend of professional and friend that you seek in a hairstylist. Even though I moved nearly 45 minutes away from Oakwood Salon three years ago, I still make the drive every 4-5 weeks just to have Jordan work her magic on my hair. I cannot recommend her enough; she is exceptional!
Visited this salon for a haircut. While in the chair, the hairstylists were gossiping about a former colleague, which I found very unprofessional. The stylist in question was named Skylar. Both she and another stylist were so engrossed in the gossip that they neglected to focus on cutting my hair properly. I will not be returning to this establishment and do not suggest it to others. Poor form! Perhaps it was just the stylist I encountered as a walk-in. Skylar needs to pay attention.
I had a terrible experience with my hair color, leaving me with a big brassy patch and uneven highlights. Riley managed to fix the brassiness and the spotty areas, and now I absolutely adore my hair. She was friendly and skilled. I highly recommend her services! I will definitely return.
