Alright, I went through all the reviews and I had my doubts that someone could turn a first-time Brazilian waxing into anything less than agonizing. Alex was fantastic though! She was quick, and at the start, she allowed me to dictate the pace—which really helped calm my nerves. She maintained a high level of cleanliness, the salon had a nice ambiance, and I've already booked my next appointment to see her again.
Alex was exceptional! I relocated to Illinois a year ago and have been on the lookout for someone just like her. I'll definitely be a regular here. She made the entire experience delightful and comfortable. Her work was exceptional.
