My review is regarding Jennifer. The nails were okay, but the overall experience was subpar, so I won't be coming back. I had a split nail and asked Jennifer to shave it down instead of repairing it, but she ended up breaking the nail off. She seemed irritated when I checked if the gel had cured properly. Lastly, she questioned my tip amount, which was already generous, leaving a bad impression. Despite researching and choosing this salon, my personal experience was disappointing. They should expand their gel color selection to cater to more preferences.
I typically don't leave reviews, but this experience was so disappointing! Went for a mother-daughter day, and they didn't remove my clear gel polish despite repeated requests. They cut my toenails too short even after I asked them not to. My daughter wanted a simple nail design, and they wanted to charge by the minute for it. After spending nearly $200, I am extremely frustrated. Will not be recommending this salon!
I have been a loyal customer at this salon for a long time without any issues. However, after getting a regular manicure last Friday, my polish started peeling off within 24 hours. The new technician didn't speak English, and her license wasn't displayed. When I reached out to the salon about the issue, Ken refused to take responsibility and asked me to come in and redo my own nails. It's baffling that they can't stand behind their work for more than a day. It's clear this salon only knows how to use a nail drill and slap on gel, lacking the skill to enhance and care for natural nails. I won't be returning and advise others to avoid their poor customer service.
