My review is regarding Jennifer. The nails were okay, but the overall experience was subpar, so I won't be coming back. I had a split nail and asked Jennifer to shave it down instead of repairing it, but she ended up breaking the nail off. She seemed irritated when I checked if the gel had cured properly. Lastly, she questioned my tip amount, which was already generous, leaving a bad impression. Despite researching and choosing this salon, my personal experience was disappointing. They should expand their gel color selection to cater to more preferences.About

Courtney did a fantastic job with my brows and the entire experience was wonderful from the moment I stepped in. They were gentle and very knowledgeable. This was my first waxing and they made me feel instantly at ease. The studio is also very cozy and cute! Scheduling and payment were simple and quick.
