I paid a visit to this salon last week and left with a lovely white gel polish manicure and pedicure. However, I've been facing issues with the gel polish peeling off since then. In an attempt to mitigate this, I trimmed my nails shorter, but the peeling persists. This morning, I woke up to find chips in the gel polish once again, including on my right big toe. It hasn't even been a month since I had this new gel polish set done. Why is it chipping so easily? I plan to contact the salon to have my nails rectified. While the staff was professional, I'm disappointed with the constant chipping of my gel polish.
The nail service I received was satisfactory. I requested a dip powder manicure but was given an acrylic powder instead. Additionally, I was charged extra for a powder with air bubbles. The $15 fee for shaping was higher than anticipated. To top it off, my eyebrows were unevenly shaped.
I recently discovered this salon and I must say, it's fantastic! The ambiance is top-notch with ample seating for pedicures and a wide array of vibrant colors to choose from. The staff is incredibly welcoming and the range of services available is impressive. My go-to nail technician is Lily, and her work is simply exceptional. The images I've shared showcase some of the exquisite nail designs she has created for me. Whether you're looking for something intricate or simple, Lily is the one to see. Her meticulous attention to detail truly sets her apart. Her pedicures and nail art are equally outstanding, although I unfortunately don't have any photos to share of them. These images, while lovely, don't fully capture the true extent of her talent.
