She maintains excellent communication regarding our appointments and has consistently been dependable and accommodating if I need to adjust what areas I'm getting waxed that day. Jenn is approachable, possesses a delightful personality, and embodies all the qualities one would desire in a Brazilian wax professional. If you're feeling anxious about getting waxed for the first time or by a new technician, fret not! Jenn ensures a comfortable experience without any awkwardness. No unusual positions or discomfort during the process. She also meticulously uses tweezers post-wax to ensure no stray hairs are left behind. I haven't encountered this level of exceptional service at other salons. 10/10 would recommend booking with Jenn.
