I believe it was Lisa who performed my massage last week, and she was absolutely fantastic. She created a comfortable environment and showed great respect throughout the session. I will definitely request her every time I visit.

The deep tissue therapist used excessive force with their fingers and elbows, leading to discomfort the following day. Their fingernails even dug into my shoulder blades multiple times. The session started at 1:54 and ended abruptly at 2:13. When I raised my concerns to the two receptionists, they simply stated that they allocate ten minutes for the beginning and end of each appointment. However, this explanation did not justify the therapist finishing nearly ten minutes early. The front desk staff should receive training on conflict resolution and customer service to avoid arguments with guests and blank stares. Overall, my experience at this establishment was not satisfactory.
